River is a tiger and the main character of the River and Me book series.
He began as a stuffed tiger brought to life through the imagination of author Breana Pope. Breana started writing River’s adventures when she was just 7 years old, and at 15, her dad helped her publish her first book in 2013. Today, River and Me has grown to include more than five published books!
But River and Me is more than a book series; it’s also a Christian ministry. Through our books and River and Me Ministries on YouTube, we share fun adventures that teach children and families about Jesus, God’s Word, faith, kindness, and courage.
Our goal is simple: to share God’s love through stories children can enjoy and lessons families can learn from together. 🐯📖❤️
